Job summary

Diversified is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction across full project lifecycles on client sites. You will coordinate with internal and external teams and maintain strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and adherence to established processes, with heavy client interaction and field coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and settings or experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
• Strong technical abilities and the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated pleasant professional demeanor.
• A solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across project lifecycle.
• Oversee project management functions on all client site projects, budgets and scopes.
• Provide direction to internal and external personnel and coordinate activities.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage expectations across stakeholders.
