Responsibilities include database maintenance, Excel-based research, and general material processing. Candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with library database maintenance and update descriptions of holdings.
• Use Excel to research status of library holdings and report findings.
• Assist in special projects.
• Work at computer for extended periods.
• Move books and other library resources around in department and on shelves.
• Receive, process, and shelve periodicals.
• Locate library resources using the library catalog and call numbers.
