Job summary

Notre Dame Federal Credit Union is seeking an Operations Support specialist for the Electronic Services department. You will back up ACH, share drafts, and wire transfer processing, handling daily tasks, exceptions, and research to maintain continuous operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in financial institution operations and solid knowledge of payment systems, with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to peak volumes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial institution operations, payment processing or electronic services preferred.
• Working knowledge of ACH, share drafts/checks, and wire transfers preferred.
• Ability to research transactions and provide accurate information to members and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-up support for ACH Processing, Share Draft Processing and Wire Transfers to ensure uninterrupted departmental operations.
• Assist with daily transaction processing, exception handling and maintenance activities across multiple payment channels.
• Support internal partners and members by researching transactions and providing accurate, timely information.
• Assist in regulatory compliance efforts related to BSA, OFAC and AML requirements.
