Philadelphia FIGHT is a leading Federally Qualified Health Center with multiple clinical sites, providing access to state-of-the art, culturally competent primary care, advocacy, social services, consumer education, and outreach for all patients in need, regardless of HIV status or insurance status. Each clinic has a unique focus, including primary care for People Living with HIV, individuals returning from incarceration, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, people experiencing homelessness, injection drug users, affirming care, dental, and behavioral health.
Under supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance and Improvement, the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems Manager provides project management, training, and tier II/III service desk support to Philadelphia FIGHT for all clinical information systems. This role involves analyzing, supporting, managing enhancements, testing, and implementing clinical information systems as directed by departmental leadership, the EHR Governance Committee, and organizational stakeholders. The manager coordinates and executes small to medium-sized information systems projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. The role also involves planning, managing, and guiding projects to implement clinical information systems that meet strategic and regulatory requirements.
The manager must analyze new and potential system enhancements to identify current and future business needs. Close collaboration with steering committees, health center staff, and senior leadership is essential to ensure modifications are appropriate and compliant with regulatory and best practice standards. The role also involves analyzing existing systems for improvements to data integrity, all while promoting the mission, vision, and values of Philadelphia FIGHT.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Bachelor's in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory/managerial experience and at least two years of relevant project management or clinical information systems/technology experience are required. Expertise in eClinicalWorks, our primary EHR system, is preferred. Additional qualifications include:

Other: Must complete Philadelphia FIGHT Credentialing and Privileging to provide services at FQHCs.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits starting on the first day of employment, including health benefits as per the employee handbook.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with occasional support duties in clinical settings. Minimal local travel within Philadelphia. Flexibility for occasional outside office hours and remote work options with WiFi/Computer access.
Physical Demands: Ability to move or transport 15-30 pounds, remain stationary for long periods, work at a computer, move between spaces, ascend/descend stairs, and occasionally work in confined spaces.
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hybrid work model with one day remote, subject to supervisor approval after onboarding.
