Philadelphia FIGHT is a leading Federally Qualified Health Center with multiple clinical sites, providing access to state-of-the-art, culturally competent primary care, advocacy, social services, consumer education, and outreach for all patients in need, regardless of HIV status or insurance status. Under supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance and Improvement, the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems Manager provides project management, training, and tier II/III service desk support to Philadelphia FIGHT for all clinical information systems. This position analyzes, supports, manages enhancements, tests, and implements clinical information systems as directed by the Department Leadership, EHR Governance Committee, and organizational stakeholders.

The EHR Systems Manager is responsible for directly supervising EHR Support Desk Staff, currently one position. Supervisory responsibilities are subject to change based on organizational needs and department growth.
Other: Initial probationary period is three months. Must complete Philadelphia FIGHT Credentialing and Privileging to provide direct services with Federally Qualified Health Centers. Compensation: Competitive, benefits included. Work environment: Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the office setting. Work hours: 40 Hours/Week (M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm); Exempt. Hybrid, remote work from home one day a week starting with opportunity to increase work from home schedule as/if Supervisor approves after fully trained and onboarded to position.
