Job summary

• Develops regional and customerspecific sales plans for assigned accounts to meet both division businessand customer satisfaction objectives. Maintains and increases existing andnew revenue streams and profitability
• Develops and implements plans forincreased penetration of key semiconductor markets including key end useraccounts and OEMs
• Identifies and qualifies new and existingcustomer opportunities and turns them into sales and profit growth within theassigned territory
• You will be called upon to solve complexcustomer problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovativesolutions
• Develops expertunderstanding of product specifications, performance attributes and applicationto customer needs
• Drives sales with customer proposaldocuments and presentations
• Negotiates and manages customer product supply and equipment sales agreements
• You are expected to manage the customer and prospects internally by interfacing with Linde customer service, quality, engineering, operations, and finance groups
• Serves as the single point of resolution for customers’ needs for the assigned market/industry segment and/or geographic area accounts
• Participates in establishing consolidated forecasts for territory orders and sales. Monitor performance against goals regularly
• Accountable for the financial translation of decisions, planning and strategies. Measures results and provides this information to management
• Executes price increaseinitiatives to manage territory profitability
• Responsible for managing theterritory customer accounts A/R
• You will participate with the Globalmarketing organization by providing support and information
• Monitors competitive activity andensures appropriate response strategy
• Collects data on competitive products, pricing and marketactivities
• You will provide data to the productmanagement team for marketing actions designed to defend and take marketshare
• Understands the semiconductor market and customer

What makes you great

• You have a minimum four-year bachelor's degreein engineering
• Approximately 20% customer-related travel
• 5+ years’ experience in productmarketing or sales of electronic and/or specialty gases and/or industrialand/or chemicals to the semiconductor or related industry or experienceand/or knowledge with gases, chemicals, and gas cabinets in thesemiconductor or related industry
