Job summary

You will manage billing in Aderant Bill Blast, coordinate with attorneys and staff, address invoice rejections, and ensure timely accrual submissions while supporting the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of AR or collections experience preferred.
• Electronic billing experience required.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Experience with Aderant Bill Blast and Electronic Billing Hub preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the Aderant eBilling system.
• Contact clients, attorneys, and assistants for billing details.
• Maintain billing information in Aderant and client websites.
• Identify and resolve invoice rejections.
• Submit accrual information as requested.
• Submit appeals for reduced invoices.
• Review daily cash and client reports for write-offs.
• Provide backup support to collections, cash team and AP.
• Assist accounting with other tasks as needed.
