Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Electronics Assembler to assemble and repair electronic units, read engineering prints, and document work status. This is a 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 2:30-10:30 pm) with upfront training and safety protocol adherence.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience (or 4 years without diploma). IPC Class III soldering certification is preferred, with aerospace experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or in the absence of a HS Diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience.
• Certification of IPC Class III Solder Exam is preferred.
• Experience with electronic assembly is preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.
• Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.
• Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.
• Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
• Document clear and concise and maintain accurate records.
