Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our manufacturing team in New York. The role focuses on assembling electronic components, hand soldering, labeling and packaging while ensuring quality through visual inspection and basic testing in line with drawings and work instructions.

Level I offers training completion (Curbell) and the possibility to advance to Level II and III.

Qualifications

• Experience with soldering and basic assembly
• Ability to read and apply product drawings and work instructions
• Proven record of working in a team environment and maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Use detailed drawings to assemble, solder, label and package components according to IPC standards
• Aim to match or exceed team rework goals based on annual targets
• Keep work area organized and follow 5S and sustainability practices
• Communicate with supervisor and team to achieve production goals and suggest improvements
• Record yields, labor, reworks and final confirmations accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned
