Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks an Electronic Assembler to support the Smarten Controllers line in NW Houston. You will perform assembly using diagrams and process sheets, inspect components with precision tools, and ensure proper positioning, joining, and wiring.

The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety and procedural standards. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in electronic assembly, with proficiency in hand tools and basic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of electronic assembler experience preferred; reading drawings is a plus.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic assembly and components per diagrams and process sheets.
• Inspect results with precision measuring tools and perform rework as needed.
• Follow work orders, align parts in jigs and fixtures, and ensure proper joining.
• Mount components and perform point-to-point wiring as required.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with other duties as assigned.
