Elbit Systems of America, LLC seeks an Electronic Assembler in Fort Worth, TX to support circuit card assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and process refinement for manufacturing.

You will perform wiring, hand soldering, component placement, inspection, and documentation checks, ensuring conformance to Certificates of Conformance.

The role requires J-STD, IPC-610, IPC 7711/7721 certifications, along with 2–5 years in electromechanical assembly and strong reading of wiring diagrams and gauges.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• J-STD certification mandatory.
• IPC-610 certification mandatory.
• IPC 7711/7721 (rework/repair) certifications required.
• Two years minimum experience in electromechanical assembly; five years preferred.
• Experience with inspection procedures and use of gauges and micrometers.

Mansioni

• Assemble electronic components through wiring, hand soldering, placement and mechanical assembly.
• Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and audits.
• Make recommendations for product and process improvements.
• Perform potting/encapsulation, and apply coatings as required.
• Wear PPE and verify documentation for conformance and traceability.
• Record inspection results and maintain certificates of conformance.
