Job summary

Lexicon Solutions in Oregon seeks an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble and wire electrical components and sub-assemblies per schematics and drawings. The role requires basic AC/DC knowledge, crimping, soldering, drilling, wire grooming, and strong teamwork.

You will build cable assemblies, solder PCB parts, and perform basic electrical tests. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for project feedback and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Military or relevant associate degrees will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical assemblies per drawings.
• Assemble cable harnesses with crimping/soldering.
• Solder simple PCB assemblies.
• Run and groom cable assemblies on tools.
• Connect PC cables: power, serial, Ethernet.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting: continuity, voltage.
• Assist in prep for power down and crating.
• Inspect incoming parts for quality per print.
• Provide feedback to technicians, engineers and PMs on design/quality/schedule.
