Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seeking an Electronic Assembler II for a privately owned manufacturing company in Richardson, TX 75081. This contract-to-hire role on a 1st shift offers steady hours and hands-on assembly work. You will perform through-hole soldering, rework damaged products, and ensure ESD safety with attention to detail.

Experience with IPC standards and basic computer skills are preferred. Pay rate is DoE; schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in soldering in manufacturing industry.
• Experience with through-hole soldering.
• Knowledge of soldering materials and techniques.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards, use of ESD precautions.
• Good reliability and attendance.
• Must have good attention to detail.
• Must have basic computer skills.
