Job summary

Aleron is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Assembler in Grand Prairie, TX. This on-site position is Temp to Direct on the 2nd shift, offering $20.30 per hour plus a $0.70 shift differential.

You will assemble electrical and electronic systems and subassemblies to engineering specifications, supporting production and quality goals. Read schematics, install wiring and casings, and adjust parts to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in electrical or electronic assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and electronic systems, support structures, and components using rivets, bolts, soldering equipment, and micro‑welding tools.
  • Install units, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casings according to engineering and production specifications.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical and electronic components to correct defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.
  • Clean parts and assemblies using approved cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports.
  • Determine material requirements and follow assembly instructions to support production objectives.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
