iNRCORE Group is seeking an Assembler I at its Beltsville, MD facility. The role involves assembling and inspecting electronic components, following defined work instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe 5S work area.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities include wire stripping, soldering, coil winding, and basic functional testing under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic soldering experience.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work Instructions and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Conduct basic inspections using measurement tools and record results accurately.
• Identify and report defects or equipment concerns and maintain 5S, ESD controls.
