Job summary

Innova Solutions is urgently hiring for an Electronic Assembler in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with a 6-month duration, 2nd shift (1:30 pm–3:30 pm). Responsibilities include soldering, PCB assembly, wiring, and harnessing with both through-hole and surface mount components.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in soldering or electronic assembly and a high school diploma or GED. W-2 engagement only; 1099 or Corp-to-Corp not accepted.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs board and component preparation, soldering (through-hole and surface mount), and touch-up.
• Operates machines for soldering, de-soldering, pressing, shaping, winding, and placing components.
• Stuffing and assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) with through-hole and surface mount components.
• Performing modifications, upgrades, and component replacement on PCBs.
• Preparing wires and cables, performing point-to-point wiring, crimping, soldering, and assembling cable harnesses.

Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Electronic Assembler.

Position type: Full-time, Contract to possible hire. Duration: 6 Months. Location: Indianapolis Indiana, 46219. 2 nd Shift: can start anytime between 1:30pm -3:30 p.m.

As an Electronic Assembler you will:

• Performs board and component preparation, soldering (both through-hole and surface mount), and touch-up.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range*: $27.00 - $28.05 per hour+ shift differential of 7.5% on top of the base hourly rate.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
