Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. is seeking an Assembler in Andover, MA to assemble and test units in a cleanroom environment. This role offers 2nd shift (3:30 PM - midnight) at $19.80 per hour and 3rd shift (10 PM - 7 AM) at $21.60 per hour with a $600 retention bonus after 1040 hours.

Candidates should be able to read, speak and write English, pass a background check, and be eligible for US work. Overtime is available and prior Windows PC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• 0-1 years of job-related work experience.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Work in a cleanroom environment to maintain quality standards.
