Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking Test Operators and Clean Room Assembly staff for a client in Leominster, Massachusetts. This full-time, direct-hire role is 100% onsite.

Two shift options are available: 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm at $20 per hour and 2nd shift 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm at $22 per hour. Responsibilities include using small hand tools and a microscope, handling delicate electronics, and entering test data in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be comfortable in wearing lab gear.
• Prior electronics manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use of small hand tools and microscope.
• Handle of sensitive electronic components.
• Load tiny parts into machine and follow work instructions.
• Data entry of test results.
• Work in an ESD (Electric Static Discharge) environment.
