Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble plug-in and non-plug-in electronic modules, including signal conditioning amplifiers, voltage-to-current converters, current-to-voltage converters, and hybrid analog/digital modules.
• Perform precision wiring, soldering, crimping, and termination to circuit boards, terminal blocks, connectors, jacks, and power rails.
• Build panel systems, including mounting modules, installing covers, securing assemblies to frames or brackets, and completing aluminum-enclosed assemblies.
• Install resistors, capacitors, meters, calibration hardware, and other electronic components according to schematics and assembly drawings.
• Inspect completed assemblies for alignment, polarity, continuity, proper mechanical fit, and overall workmanship.
• Record serial numbers, warranty tags, assembly notes, and other production documentation accurately.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Electronic Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented electronics manufacturing professional with hands-on experience building, wiring, soldering, and testing modular electronic assemblies used in signal conditioning, instrumentation control, and industrial electronic systems.

The Electronic Assembler will work on plug-in modules, power supply units, transmitter arrays, RTD amplifier panels, adapter assemblies, and hybrid analog/digital modules. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble plug-in and non-plug-in electronic modules, including signal conditioning amplifiers, voltage-to-current converters, current-to-voltage converters, and hybrid analog/digital modules.

Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Build modular electronic assemblies for signal conditioning, processing, instrumentation, and control applications.
• Complete wiring, soldering, component placement, panel assembly, and production documentation.
• Inspect finished assemblies using visual checks, continuity checks, and basic measurement tools.
• Follow schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and detailed build instructions.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant electronics assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Proficiency using hand tools, soldering irons, crimpers, and multimeters.
• Experience assembling analog and digital circuitry or industrial instrumentation components.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise work in a production environment.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures, maintain documentation, and support quality requirements.
• Dependable work habits, good communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing, instrumentation, aerospace, semiconductor, or industrial controls environments.
• Familiarity with 24VDC and plus/minus 15VDC power systems.
• Experience assembling modular, field-mounted, or panel-mounted electronic equipment.
• Hands-on background with transmitter arrays, RTD amplifier panels, adapter assemblies, power supply units, or similar electronic systems.
