Atterro is hiring an Electronic Assembler in West Chester, OH. Earn $18.00–$22.00 per hour with a Monday–Thursday schedule, 5:30 AM–4:10 PM. You will assemble products using hand tools, read blueprints, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Job Duties
  • Solder electronic components, wires, and other parts onto printed circuit boards.
  • Perform fine-detail assembly, including working with microcircuits under a microscope.
  • Cut, strip, tin, and prepare wires to specific lengths.
  • Insert contacts and crimp connectors.
  • Route wires and assemble wire harnesses using ties, tubing, and other materials.
  • Install circuit boards, modules, connectors, cables, and hardware into assemblies/chassis.
  • Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Perform visual inspections and continuity checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
  • Make engineering changes to new and existing products as directed.
  • Record production activity and transactions in the company’s computer/ERP system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous electronics assembly or soldering experience is preferred.
  • 2+ years of soldering experience is preferred for some versions of the role.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with small components.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic mechanical and computer skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings.
  • Ability to obtain IPC-A-610 certification.

What You Will Do

As a Electronic Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Electronic Assembler helps manufacture finished products by assembling components accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. This role requires mechanical skill, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to quality throughout the assembly process.
