Total Talent Solutions in State College, PA is hiring an Electronic Assembler to build precision electronic components using hand tools and detailed work instructions. The role involves reading engineering drawings, soldering, cable assembly, and inspection tasks to keep production moving smoothly.

This entry-level position offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7 AM to 3 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training in electronics, manufacturing, or assembly is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, cables, transducers, sensors, and Eddy Current or Ultrasonic inspection products according to established procedures.
• Perform hand soldering, bonding processes, cable fabrication, component preparation, and final assembly operations.
• Conduct limited product testing and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Read and follow drawings, specifications, work orders, manufacturing procedures, and verbal instructions.
• Accurately record labor time and production activities within the MRP system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including adherence to 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Meet production schedules, quality expectations, and standard operation times.
• Assist with equipment, tool, and fixture maintenance as required.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and attendance requirements while contributing positively to a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for soldering and precision assembly.


• Ability to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.
