Location: Richardson, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.80 per hour
Schedules:

  • A Shift:Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00/hour
  • B Shift:Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $20.80/hour
  • C Shift: Friday – Sundya | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | $19.00/hour

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ months of previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related industrial environment.
  • Experience with PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, cable assembly, electronic testing, inspection, or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic production machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or within a team-based production environment.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements throughout the shift.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small electronic components and assemblies.
  • Capable of prolonged sitting or standing while performing detailed assembly tasks.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and concentration when inspecting components and finished products.
  • May occasionally lift, move, or transport production materials as needed.

Job Duties

  • Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and finished products according to established manufacturing procedures.
  • Use hand tools, production equipment, and semi-automated assembly machines to complete production tasks.
  • Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Identify and report defects, damaged components, or production issues to supervisors and team leads.
  • Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and workflow tracking.
  • Support multiple production lines and workstations based on manufacturing demands.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
