The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable hand-eye coordination, and the drive to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Assemble small electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use micro-calipers, measuring devices, and precision tools to verify product measurements and tolerances.
• Perform soldering and rework of electronic components and wiring as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship; label, ticket, and package completed products according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records while following quality control procedures and safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or small parts assembly preferred.
• Experience using micro-calipers, gauges, or measuring instruments.
• Basic soldering experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to identify quality issues through accurate measurement.
