Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect electronic and electro-mechanical products using written instructions.
• Identify and prevent workmanship or material defects to ensure product quality.
• Report actual and potential quality issues to support corrective action efforts.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Follow IPC standards, work instructions, and established procedures.
• Recommend improvements to product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Operate complex machinery and automated production equipment.
• Perform product rework and modifications according to written documentation.
• Assist with equipment installations, moves, process qualification, and routine maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance as directed.

A growing electronics manufacturing operation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hand-soldering and electro-mechanical inspection experience who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in producing high‑quality products.
