Job summary

Remedy Staffing is actively seeking Electronic Assemblers to join a local electronics manufacturing team in Erie. The role offers hands-on assembly of electronic components and PCB boards with a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

Two shifts are available: First 6:00 AM–2:30 PM ($15.00/hour) and Second 2:30 PM–11:00 PM ($16.50/hour). Prior assembly experience is a plus, but not required, and a safe, organized work area is emphasized.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and job travelers provided with materials and parts.
• Assemble electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCB boards).
• Utilize hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
• Complete assembly tasks according to quality and production standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.

Position: Electronic Assembler

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
