Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Wiring Assembler to join an onsite manufacturing team. You will solder, wire, and assemble electronic components from schematics and work instructions in a small to medium volume production environment.

Responsibilities include following blueprints, using standard tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while adhering to production and quality procedures. Onsite position with competitive benefits.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wiring Assembler to join an onsite manufacturing team. This position involves assembling electronic components and products, soldering, and working from technical drawings, schematics, and written work instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components and products in a small to medium volume production environment.

Perform soldering and wiring assembly with attention to detail and quality.

Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.

Use standard manufacturing tools and equipment.

Follow established production and quality procedures.

Maintain an organized and safe work area.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in electronic assembly, wiring, or a related manufacturing environment.

Previous soldering experience required. Training may be available for the right candidate.

Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

J-STD-001 certification is a plus, but not required.

Ability to lift approximately 30–40 lbs.
