Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Electronics Assembler to build and inspect precision sub-assemblies and final products according to engineering blueprints, schematics, and SOPs. You will solder, wire, and assemble PCBs and enclosures while maintaining strict ESD controls and quality standards.

Work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a fast-paced environment requiring careful manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Proven ability to perform precision hand soldering.
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, schematics and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electronic components, PCBs, cable harnesses, and enclosures using hand tools and soldering.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and SOPs.
• Perform precise hand soldering (through-hole and SMT) to IPC standards.
• Perform visual in-process inspection and testing of assemblies to identify defects.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work areas with ESD control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and QA to resolve assembly issues and improve efficiency.
• Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you will assemble, build, and inspect precision electronic sub-assemblies and final products following engineering blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong mechanical aptitude, and maintains high standards for quality and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), cable harnesses, and mechanical enclosures using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions (SOPs).
• Perform precise hand soldering (through-hole and surface-mount components) to industry IPC standards.
• Perform visual in-process inspection and functional testing of completed assemblies to identify and correct defects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve assembly issues and improve efficiency.
• Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

• Experience working under ESD-sensitive and cleanroom or controlled-environment protocols.
• Familiarity with point-to-point wiring, wire crimping, and cable harness assembly.
• Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and component tracking in manufacturing software.

• Minimum 1?2 years of experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
• Proven ability to perform precision hand soldering.

• Good manual dexterity, fine-motor control, and steady hands for handling tiny components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality flaws.
