Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking an Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist (END) per diem. The role conducts and analyzes EEG, performs EP, NCS, LTM/IOM on patients of all ages, documents results, and reports findings to ordering providers. Will also handle clerical duties.

Requirements include high school diploma, BLS, ABRET R EEG T, and possibly R EPT and R NCST. An associate degree in electro neurodiagnostic technology preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire and maintained.
• Registered Electroencephalogram Technologist (R. EEG T) from ABRET upon hire and maintained.
• Registered Evoked Potential Technologist (R. EPT.) preferred.
• Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R. NCST.) preferred.
• Associate degree in Electro neurodiagnostic technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• An Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Technologist conducts & analyzes EEG, performs EP, NCS, LTM/ICU, or IOM on patients of all ages.
• Documents results and reports findings to designated ordering providers.
• Performs clerical duties and participates in CQI activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
