GSK US is launching the Electromechanical Technician Apprentice Program in 2027 in the United States. This full-time entry-level opportunity targets high school graduates and community college students, offering a fully funded associate degree with no college debt while gaining hands-on manufacturing experience at GSK biopharma sites.

As an apprentice, you rotate through departments, study toward an associate degree in Biotechnology or Engineering at a partner college, and work on maintaining

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalency by June 2027.
• GPA 2.5 or above in core subjects (math, English, science).
• 0–30 college credits.

Mansioni

• Develop hands-on mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation skills.
• Learn to maintain production equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns.
• Assist with design, installation and test of new equipment.
