GSK plc in the United States offers an Electromechanical Technician Apprentice Program for high school graduates, starting September 2027. The associate degree is fully funded by GSK, with on‑the‑job training at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site while you study toward your degree.

The program provides hands‑on maintenance, control and instrumentation training, rotation through departments, GMP compliance, and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency by June 2027 with GPA 2.5+.
• Math (Algebra/Geometry) with GPA 2.5+ in each subject.
• English proficiency with GPA 2.5+.
• Biology and Chemistry with GPA 2.5+.
• 0–30 college credits completed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop hands-on mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation skills.
• Learn to maintain production equipment and carry out routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Assist with design, installation and test of new equipment.
• Operate in compliance with GMP standards and calibrate equipment for precision.
