GSK invites high school graduates to join the Quality Control Laboratory Associate Apprentice Program in the United States. This full-time entry-level pathway funds an associate degree and enables on‑the‑job training across GMP environments, with rotations through manufacturing facilities and partner colleges.

You will gain hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation tasks while pursuing related coursework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent expected by 2027 and GPA requirements met.
• Interest in engineering, life sciences, and coursework at HS level.
• Fluency in English and ability to commute daily to site.

Responsabilités

• Develop hands-on mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation skills.
• Learn to maintain production equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns with GMP compliance.
• Assist with design, installation and testing of new equipment.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate results and quality control.
• Identify safety, efficiency and quality improvements in manufacturing.
• Rotate through departments during the apprenticeship to build skills.
