GlaxoSmithKline invites high school graduates and community college students to join the Quality Control Laboratory Associate Apprentice Program in the United States. The program offers a fully funded associate degree and on-the-job training to develop electromechanical skills, maintenance, and GMP-compliant practices.

Through hands-on activities, participants will learn to diagnose equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and support production quality.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency by June 2027.
• GPA 2.5 or above in core subjects.
• 0–30 college credits completed.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Interest in STEM fields is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Develop hands-on mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation skills.
• Learn how to maintain production equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Assist with design, installation and test of new equipment.
• Operate in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Calibrate equipment and contribute to safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
