GSK plc invites high school graduates to join the Quality Control Laboratory Associate Apprentice Program in the US. The role combines hands-on training with part-time study toward an Associate degree fully funded by GSK; no college debt.

Candidates must meet age, GPA, and credit requirements and commit to a multi-year development path. Apprentices work in manufacturing facilities, rotate through departments, and study at partner colleges.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency by June 2027.
• GPA 2.5 or above (4.0 scale).
• Algebra/Geometry or equivalent math coursework.
• English GPA 2.5+; Biology & Chemistry GPA 2.5+.
• 0-30 college credits completed.

Responsibilities

• Develop hands-on mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation skills.
• Learn to maintain production equipment and carry out routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Assist with design, installation and test of new equipment.
• Operate in alignment with GMP practices.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment for accurate results.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and quality.
