Job summary

Puratos USA is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic for the UHT facility at our USA HQ campus in Pennsauken, NJ. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical, automation, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize production disruptions.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, maintain accurate CMMS records, and collaborate with the team to improve equipment performance. Shift: 2nd; training on 1st shift during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Proficient with electrical circuits, PLC automation, and VFDs.
• Experience reading schematics and blueprints; CMMS familiarity.
• Knowledge of sanitary welding is a plus.
• NJ Boiler license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Steam, Refrigeration, and Wastewater systems.
• Document work orders and parts in CMMS; use SAP for purchases.
• Collaborate with team to develop maintenance plans and change procedures.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment; identify upgrades.
