Manpower is recruiting an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Horsham, PA to support assembly, testing and calibration of advanced electro-mechanical devices. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive mindset, with 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly.

The role requires a HS diploma; an Associate degree in Electronic Technology is preferred. Proficiency with oscilloscopes and electronic test equipment is expected, along with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role required.
• High School Diploma required; an Associate degree in Electronic Technology is preferred.
• Familiarity with soldering standards (J-STD-001) and electronic components.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions and procedures.
• Capability to operate standard electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, testing, and production work for electro-mechanical devices.
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board installation.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
• Assemble and calibrate products using standard test equipment.

Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the department supporting the assembly and testing of sophisticated electro-mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Horsham, PA

Pay Range: $23-$30 Depending on experience

Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM to 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Support assembly, testing, and production work related to electro-mechanical devices
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board component installation
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures
• Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment

What's Needed?
