Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, a High School Diploma, and familiarity with soldering standards. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic components and soldering standards (J-STD-001).
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and meters.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, testing, and production work for electro-mechanical devices.
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and PCB component installation.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard test equipment.
• Monitor processes and suggest improvements to quality standards.
