Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Assembly Worker in Andover, CT to assemble PCBs and harnesses in a clean, safety-focused facility with state-of-the-art equipment. No prior experience required; hands-on training provided.

The role offers a 1st shift, Monday–Friday schedule with 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and a competitive hourly pay rate. You will read engineering drawings, perform electromechanical assembly, and maintain quality standards on every part.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read/ follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs using through-hole and SMT techniques, including hand soldering.
• Build cable and wire harnesses per engineering drawings.
• Assemble enclosures, chassis, and control panels by mounting hardware.
• Read and follow BOMs, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect own work to IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Use hand tools, soldering irons, crimpers, and shop equipment safely.
• Record production data and maintain a clean, safe work area per ESD practices.
• Collaborate with team to support prototype and production runs.
