Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking an on-site Assembler in Holmdel, NJ to perform hands-on electromechanical assembly of PCBA, cable assemblies, and enclosures. You will use BOMs, schematics, and routings to complete builds, support testing and rework, and ensure inventory accuracy within ERP systems.

The role emphasizes quality, practical judgment, and teamwork in a first-shift, onsite environment with a focus on precise, reliable manufacturing work.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant assembly experience; at least one year hands-on electro-mechanical assembly in manufacturing.
• Experience with PCBAs, wire harnesses, mechanical enclosures, and power supplies.
• Ability to interpret BOMs, drawings, schematics, routings, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electromechanical assembly and related manufacturing operations.
• Build and support assemblies including PCBAs, wire harnesses, and chassis.
• Follow BOMs, drawings, schematics, and routings to plan and complete work.
• Coordinate components and materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform testing, rework, and inspection; document quality issues.
• Enter production data into ERP and monitor WIP completions.
• Apply problem-solving and planning to manufacturing tasks; train others as needed.
