Job summary

Crayola is seeking a Production Technician for the Easton, PA facility on 2nd shift (3:30PM-11:30PM). You will maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical production equipment to support reliable manufacturing performance.

Duties include performing preventive and demand maintenance, using a CMMS to track work and parts, and assisting in the design and installation of equipment upgrades. You will train operators, participate in continuous improvement, and work weekends or overtime as needed,

Qualifications

High School or GED required; Technical Associate's Degree preferred.
3+ years in electromechanical maintenance, ideally in high-volume manufacturing.
Experience in 3+ areas such as troubleshooting, packaging, robotics, electrical, or control systems.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Performs Preventative Maintenance (PM) on a wide variety of production equipment including processing and packaging equipment.
Performs Demand Maintenance (DM) as needed for downtime, material deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns.
Uses CMMS to track time and parts; requests replacement parts and recommends stock levels of spares.
Participates in development and installation of capital projects for new equipment or redesigns; supports machine modifications.
