Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Machine Maintenance Mechanic - Technician for a full-time night shift role on a premier manufacturing site.

You will keep high-speed automated converting lines running, troubleshoot across electromechanical systems, and coordinate with machinists or suppliers for parts, while documenting repairs and maintaining safety standards. This role emphasizes reliability and hands-on diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair of complex electromechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective maintenance per manufacturer specs and safety protocols.
• Diagnostics & troubleshooting of production equipment malfunctions.
• Component repair & reconditioning, replacement when necessary.
• Blueprint & schematic navigation to adjust, repair, and replace motors, gears, belts, and pneumatics.
• Machining & sourcing collaboration with machinists or third-party suppliers.
• Vendor & technical support collaboration with equipment manufacturers' tech teams.
• Documentation & shift handover of repairs and parts usage.
