Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Massachusetts. The position requires 6+ years electrical/mechanical experience and working night shifts (8pm-8am) with 12-hour days and overtime.

Candidates should have experience with 110/220/480V power, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, and safe operation of high-speed production equipment. Must provide own hand tools and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school or trade school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years electrical/mechanical experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with 110/220/480V power and troubleshooting high-speed production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
