Job summary

DOC Services Inc. seeks a Field Service Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on light industrial equipment at big-box retailers within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel required for about 2.5 weeks per month.

You will diagnose electromechanical issues, use tools to repair equipment, and ensure uptime while delivering excellent customer service. Travel and scheduling flexibility are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site service calls within contract timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team.
