Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to perform preventative maintenance and reactive service on light industrial equipment at stores within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel on average for at least 2 1/2 weeks per month.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, perform maintenance, and use hand and power tools to repair machines, while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
