Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians who travel to customer sites across the United States, including California.

You will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of electromechanical equipment inside big box retail stores, both reactively and preventively, while upholding safety and quality standards. You will work from a home base, respond to service calls, document work on handheld devices, and order parts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and field service software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Satisfactory background check and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment.
• Abide by OSHA, customer and DOC safety regulations including PPE requirements.
• Respond to service calls promptly and communicate with customers.
• Document all work using handheld devices as required by the customer and DOC.
• Order the correct parts needed for repairs and manage parts inventory.
• Travel to and from customer locations and arrive prepared with tools and instructions.
