Job summary

Devine Management Consulting in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and test large electromechanical equipment. The role includes reading schematics and working with detailed manuals to ensure equipment reliability.

Supervisory or lead experience is preferred, but hands-on candidates with extensive repair experience will be considered. Relocation assistance and retention bonuses are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

Full-Time | Onsite | Relocation Assistance Available

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Electric Motor Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and test industrial electromechanical equipment.

Supervisory experience within an electric motor repair environment is strongly preferred. Candidates without supervisory experience may still be considered if they have extensive, hands-on industrial electric motor repair experience.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electric motor/electromechanical repair experience required
• Strong experience troubleshooting and testing AC/DC motors
• Hands-on experience disassembling, evaluating, repairing, rebuilding, and testing industrial motors
• Experience replacing bearings, brushes, seals, gears, impellers, motor leads, fans, and related components
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, work orders, and specifications
• Supervisory, lead, or shop leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have basic tools required for the trade
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Relocation & Retention Package

For qualified candidates relocating to Corpus Christi:

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement with receipts
• $650/month housing assistance for 3 months ($1,950 total)
• $1,000 retention bonus at 90 days
• $1,500 retention bonus at 180 days

Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
