Job summary

Devine Management Consulting in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and test large electromechanical equipment. The role includes reading schematics and working with detailed manuals to ensure equipment reliability.

Supervisory or lead experience is preferred, but hands-on candidates with extensive repair experience will be considered. Relocation assistance and retention bonuses are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electric motor/electromechanical repair experience required.
• Strong experience troubleshooting and testing AC/DC motors.
• Hands-on experience disassembling, evaluating, repairing, rebuilding, and testing industrial motors.
• Experience replacing bearings, brushes, seals, gears, impellers, motor leads, fans, and related components.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, work orders, and specifications.
• Supervisory, lead, or shop leadership experience preferred.
