Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking experienced Electric Motor Repair Technicians to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX, to join our team. You will repair and rewind AC/DC motors, read winding diagrams, and ensure quality workmanship across a range of industrial equipment.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, relocation to Corpus Christi, and a willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience repairing and rewinding AC/DC motors.
• Knowledge of armatures, stators, rotors, generators or field coils.
• Willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, wind and rewind AC/DC industrial motors and generators
• Rewind stators, armatures, wound rotors and field coils
• Strip old windings and record winding data
• Perform form coil and random winding
• Install copper windings, insulation, wedges and leads
• Perform brazing and soldering
• Disassemble, inspect and reassemble motors
• Perform Megger, surge, Hi-Pot and insulation testing
• Work with VPI and burnout/bake processes
• Read winding diagrams and repair specifications

Job description

We are recruiting experienced Electric Motor Repair Technicians, Motor Winders and Motor Rewind Technicians from the South Bend, Indiana area for multiple openings in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Job Location: Corpus Christi, TX — Must Relocate
Pay: $24–$34/hour DOE + Overtime

Relocation & Bonus Package

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance
• $1,000 Day 1 sign-on bonus
• $1,500 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 180 days
