Devine Management Consulting is seeking an Electric Motor Winder Technician for full-time roles in Corpus Christi, TX. Immediate openings exist for those with 3+ years of hands-on winding/rewinding experience.

Review specifications, disassemble, rewind, rebuild, and test motors while working on copper coils, windings, and associated electrical systems. Relocation is required with a competitive pay range and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work may include stators, armatures, wound rotors, field coils, form-wound and random-wound copper coils, insulation, brazing/soldering, and electrical testing.

Electric Motor Winder Technician – Industrial Motor Repair

Multiple Immediate Openings

We are hiring 4+ experienced Electric Motor Winders for full-time positions in Corpus Christi, TX.

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience, including copper coil work on AC/DC motors.

Pay, Schedule & Location

• $24–$34/hour DOE + Overtime
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Corpus Christi, TX | Relocation Required

Relocation & Bonus Package

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance
• $4,000 in bonuses: $1,000 Day 1 + $1,500 at 90 days + $1,500 at 180 days

What You'll Do

Review work orders, winding data, blueprints, and electrical schematics to disassemble, inspect, diagnose, rewind, rebuild, and test industrial electric motors and electromechanical equipment.
