Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience rewinding AC/DC electric motors.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to operate machinery and hoists.
• Strong basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle and strip damaged equipment, including media blasting.
• Inspect equipment for winding damage and electrical faults.
• Document data on winding characteristics and conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect for damage.
• Test rewound equipment and document results per standards.
