Integrated Power Services in the United States is seeking a skilled Winder to join our team. You will rewind a variety of electromechanical equipment, remove windings, inspect for winding damage, record data, and wind new coils while testing to ensure reliable performance.

This progressive role requires 5+ years in rewinding AC/DC motors, experience with armatures and rotor poles, and the ability to read instructions, perform math, and follow safety procedures.

Formación

• 5+ years rewinding AC/DC motors.
• Experience with windings, armatures, and rotor poles.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions; adherence to safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Rewind various electromechanical equipment
• Dismantle and strip damaged equipment, including media blasting
• Inspect equipment for winding damage and electrical malfunctions
• Document data on electromagnetic characteristics, operating conditions and damage
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect for hidden damage
• Strip stator or apparatus without damaging core
• Test rewound equipment per EASA standards and document results
